Led partnership strategy & portfolio for the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League at TEAM Marketing, overseeing cycle transition of 9 commercial partners, covering partnership and rights architecture, proposition development, sales enablement, and onboarding, including 5 renewals and 4 new partnerships.

Led IOC global partnerships, including renewals, rights architecture and contract negotiations. Built and commercialised The Adecco Group’s first global sports practice, with cross-market P&L responsibility and major clients including Red Bull and the ATP. Integrated strategy, sales and delivery to develop new propositions, grow the pipeline and drive profitable growth.
